Le Tired

It's 2 am and I'm sitting here with Steven and Kato as Steven records a song and Kato is hard at work doodling his latest masterpiece. It's funny how back in high school we would never be idly sitting at someone's house hanging out like this. There was always a party to be found on a Friday or Saturday night and we would just get shit faced. But now when we hang out we do so in a more responsible manner. It's been a while since any of us have got so drunk where we can't remember the night of. College parties are rather lame compared to the parties we used to go to. Maybe parties just aren't as fun anymore, or maybe we're just not a part of that social scene anymore. Well either way I like it this way, spending time with quality company rather than get shit faced with people you don't really know or care about.

We took the dogs to the park today, as you can see Cooper enjoyed the park more than Nori.

Winston Superstar

I am currently playing with the Winston Superstar, Paul Han's unofficial signature yoyo. Perfect size, weight, and balance. Best yoyo I've played with hands down.
Fairly exclusive yoyo that was released a year or so ago. 100 made and 6 were given to friends and family of Paul. 94 released to the public and I guess they're currently going for $300? Sweet deal.

I was very pleased the academy awarded Christopher Waltz with best supporting actor. He made Col. Hans Landa such a badass.

Sense of Humor

Today Derek and I were driving around running errands when we came across this lady with a sense of humor. He has this notepad with
just laying around in his car. Just out of spontaneity I grabbed it and held it up to my window when passing by cars. Nobody noticed except this middle aged lady who looks over at a red light. She rolls down her window and says, "Hey aren't I a little old? You guys be looking for someone a little younger, I think you'll have better luck a few cars back". I was unsure of how to initially react because I was so caught off guard. Then she just starts laughing and Derek and I look at each other and we just start cracking up. We drive side by side with the lady for a few blocks and at each red we would have a few back and fourths going. Eventually we made our turn and she waved bidding us farewell as she drove by.
Hopefully we made her day as much as she made ours...
